6:30am-3:00pm (Mon-Fri); 3:00pm-11:30pm (Mon-Fri); 5:30am-2:00pm (Sat-Sun) + 6:30am-3:00pm (Mon-Wed) We're hiring Machine Operators in Fond du Lac for a role with the opportunity for hire with a world-class metal fabrication and machining company. Competitive wages are offered on 1st, 2nd, and Weekend shifts. In this role, you'll load CNC machines, verify parts, perform general deburring, and use your strong attention to detail to support quality production. • Assist with Press Operation as needed, learning how to operate and set up machines over time.
• Operate the tumbling machine to dry parts after washing.
• Sand and deburr parts.
• Load and unload parts from various CNC Machines.
• Verify part quality.
• Move material after completion to warehouse or the next stage of production using pallet jack.
• Clean up of work area.

Machine Operator Requirements:

• Ability to stand on feet for up to 10 hours per day.
• Lifting independently 50lbs on a regular basis.
• Ability to push, pull, kneel, bend, twist and stoop.
• Ability to walk regularly.
• High School Diploma.
• High attention to detail.
• Knowledge or previous work experience with air powered hand tools.
• Strong Math Skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with other team members, verbally and written.
• Blueprint reading experience not needed but a plus.
