Full Job Description Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Flexible Pouch Machine Operator to join our 2nd shift team at Reynolds Packaging
  • working Monday through Thursday, 10 hour shifts, with a 3 day Weekend Every Weekend!
As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining pouch machinery and equipment. This role requires a background in machining and a keen eye for quality control.
Duties:
  • Setup, adjust, and operate machines to optimize settings to achieve productivity targets.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to ensure accurate machining and assembly.
  • Conduct quality control inspections using precision measuring instruments to ensure products meet or exceed specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain machinery and equipment.
  • Collaborate with the manufacturing team to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
  • Ensure a clean and organized work environment by adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a safe working space.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of the job.
Requirements:
  • Three (3) years of working experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Ability to use a ruler, calculator and various hand tools.
  • Ability to read, comprehend and follow simple written and oral instructions.
  • Communicate verbally and through written materials.
Job Environment:
  • Sit, bend and use hands.
  • Stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, talk and listen.
  • Ability to focus on detailed objects and use distance and close vision.
  • Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
