This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with state-of-the-art CNC laser cutting equipment, develop essential machining skills, and contribute to high-quality production processes. No prior experience is necessary—just a passion for manufacturing, mechanical aptitude, and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. We prioritize safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement, making this the perfect entry point into the manufacturing industry. Responsibilities Operate CNC laser cutting machines with precision, ensuring accurate cuts according to detailed blueprints and specifications Assist in setting up and adjusting laser equipment, tooling, and fixtures for optimal performance Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) to meet quality standards Conduct routine inspections of finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols involving hand tools, sheet metal handling, and fabrication processes Support the setup and operation of auxiliary equipment such as plasma cutters, press brake machines, CNC mills, lathes, or welding tools as needed Collaborate with team members during assembly processes and assist in quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications Experience Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes or mechanical systems is preferred but not required; training will be provided Familiarity with blueprint reading, machining tools, or fabrication techniques is a plus Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for measurements and adjustments Experience with hand tools or tooling setup is advantageous but not mandatory Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality inspection using micrometers or calipers Willingness to learn CNC programming concepts and safety procedures related to laser cutting operations Prior exposure to forklift operation or crane handling is beneficial but not essential; training will be available Embark on your manufacturing journey with us—where your skills will grow alongside our innovative projects!
