Your responsibilities include interpreting blueprints, programming CNC hobbing machines, selecting appropriate cutting tools, sharpening tooling, adjusting machine settings, and monitoring the machining process to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards. In this position, you will be operating multiple machines at the same time. Must be a true multi-tasker! Additionally, you are responsible for performing routine maintenance on machines, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with team members to optimize production efficiency and meet production schedules.
Job Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Skilled in use of hand tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints a plus.
- Skilled in use of precision measuring tools a plus.
- 2+ years manufacturing experience
- Ability to lift and move heavy parts (up to 50 lbs.) when necessary.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
