Position Summary We are seeking a dynamic Part-Time Multi-Skilled Operator to join our team on both first and second shifts. This role offers the opportunity to work across various manufacturing processes while applying technical expertise and mechanical skills in a fast-paced environment.
First Shift Pay:
$19.00/hour
Second Shift Pay:
$19.75/hour The ideal candidate will safely and efficiently operate industrial equipment to produce and assemble products that meet company specifications and exceed customer quality expectations. Key Responsibilities Select appropriate tooling, equipment, and raw materials for each job Read and interpret blueprints, traveler requirements, and manufacturing instructions Set up and operate both computerized and manually controlled equipment Follow all safety procedures and regulatory guidelines Assemble parts and complete product finishing tasks (e.g., sanding, cutting, flashing removal) Inspect and verify product quality; perform and record measurements Use precision measuring instruments and maintain accurate production records Handle materials using forklifts, carts, or manual lifting Operate hand, electric, and pneumatic tools as needed Report equipment issues, material defects, or process concerns to supervisors Maintain a clean and organized work area Perform other duties as assigned Physical Requirements Regularly required to stand, sit, walk, and use hands with good dexterity Ability to communicate effectively and hear clearly in a manufacturing environment Occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs , occasionally up to 75 lbs Vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment Equal Opportunity Statement Durex Products, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
