Job Description

Come Grow with Us! Join our team and learn multiple skills, like none other. We are looking for those who are looking for long-term employment, and able to learn several different jobs. Interested in receiving Medical/Dental/Vision/Short and Long Term Disability/ 401(k)/ paid vacation/paid holidays, this may be the place for you! Our Rotational Molders, trimmers, assemblers and utility/powder team members make it happen by being flexible, dependable and eager to learn. Opportunities would be for 8-hour shifts on 2nd and/or 3rd shifts, positions may be available now and/or for future growth.
Candidates must be able to:
perform critical thinking and complex problem-solving work independently, be a self-starter and meet deadlines High attention to detail and able to retain and follow detailed work instructions detect and communicate molding defects efficiently and effectively work through difficult and complex situations without becoming frustrated Show moral courage, integrity, openness, and honesty in all dealings perform simple math and measurements create and maintain accurate production records Some of the responsibilities and job duties include: Inspects and reviews plastic parts when molded Use a variety of hand tools and power equipment to meet part standards Demonstrate the proper usage and safety of hand tools Properly identifies and prevents defective parts from being produced and/or shipped Ensures that parts are in accordance with customer and quality specifications, while maintaining an appropriate production pace 10pm - 6am
