$24 to $25 an hour 2pm to 10pm Monday through Friday Looking for a active, hands-on role where your hard work translates into a long-term career? Your daily impact will include:
Precision Craftsmanship:
Use your hand dexterity and various fixtures/hand tools to seamlessly put together components prior to final assembly.
Equipment Operation:
Run specialized machinery, including industrial ovens and washers, within defined operational parameters.
Quality Control & Safety:
Assemble, inspect, and perform minor repairs on products to ensure they meet our high safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
Blueprint Reading:
Interpret and apply engineering drawings and standards to guide your assembly process.
Team Collaboration:
Work effectively with a supportive team to meet daily goals, handle waste treatment procedures properly, and strictly follow safety practices.
Documentation:
Complete necessary production paperwork and utilize basic computer systems to track your progress.

Requirements:
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
High School Diploma is required Must be able to read and work from engineering drawings, instructions, and standards. Read and use measuring equipment. Excellent Verbal Communications skills. Good Organizational and Multi-tasking skills. Operate computer to perform daily job functions. Must be able to pass a rigorous background and drug test
Physical Demands:
Ability to regularly lift up to 50lbs unassisted. Ability to maneuver up to 100-lbs unassisted. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding, team-oriented environment. Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Shift hours may slightly vary and may be subject to overtime based on operational requirements.
