Job Description Position Title:
Machine Operator Wage:
$18.00- $19.
Shift:
1st or 2ndHours:
6:00am- 2:00pm or 2:00pm
- 10:00pm Are you simply working for the weekend?
Machine Operator Responsibilities:
- Load and unload parts onto and off of conveyor belts that lead to and from furnaces
- Inspect parts for quality of product
- Sort parts for packing using appropriate equipment and procedures
- Package parts using appropriate equipment and procedures
- Complete required paperwork
- Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness according to 5S standards
- Promptly inform Supervisor or Value Stream Leader of quality-related issues
- Attend meetings and training sessions when necessary Requirements for
Machine Operator:
- Able to lift and carry up to 50lbs
- Able to stand 10+ hours a shift
- Able to twist, bend, and lift as needed
- Able to withstand hot temperatures at all times
- Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Skilled in performing detailed work with a high degree of accuracy
- Previous machining experience preferred
