Machine Operator

Overview We are seeking motivated, energetic and detail-oriented Machine Operators to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for operating various types of machinery to produce finished pistons which meet production and quality standards. This role requires a strong understanding of machining processes, the ability to read blueprints, and proficiency with hand tools and CNC equipment. Duties Operate assigned machines in production area ensuring company goals and quality standards are met. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine specifications and machining processes. Assemble components accurately according to specifications. Adjust machines as necessary ensuring optimal performance. Utilize hand tools for machining tasks and materials handling. Package finished products for shipment while adhering to quality standards. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain a safe working environment. Change blocks or tooling as needed/required. Must be able to work overtime as needed. Must be 18 years of age. Experience Proficiency in manufacturing is preferred. Experience with blueprint reading is a plus. Previous experience in machining or manufacturing environments is advantageous. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
