General Shop & Order Fulfillment

Our positions offer an exciting opportunity to work hands-on within order fulfillment or manufacturing, doing mechanical tasks, and warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. Your contributions will directly impact the quality and efficiency of our loading dock equipment and parts.

First Shift:

M-F; 7am - 3:30pm / 8am - 4:30pm Responsibilities Assist with fabrication tasks using hand tools and power tools to build and prepare components for final products Operate forklifts safely to move materials and supplies within the manufacturing facility and warehouse areas Pick parts based by visually identifying part numbers and matching to shop orders Package parts and prepare for shipping Support the setup, maintenance, and organization of workstations to optimize workflow efficiency Conduct routine inspections of equipment and tools to ensure safety standards are met and maintained Collaborate with team members on assembly line tasks, ensuring timely completion of production goals Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock replenishment in the warehouse area Follow safety protocols diligently to promote a secure working environment for all team members Qualifications Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience preferred, with familiarity working with tools, and a variety of equipment Mechanical knowledge or hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and basic machinery is highly desirable Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklifts safely is a plus Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions precisely Good physical stamina for standing, lifting, and moving materials throughout shifts Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and safety procedures Reliable team player with excellent communication skills History of good attendance and dependability Sense of urgency and willingness to contribute to a positive team environment.
