Merrill, Wisconsin ABR is recruiting 1st or 2nd shift Production/Machine Operators in Merrill, Wisconsin to start immediately! This is an excellent opportunity for motivated Production/Machine Operators seeking a hands-on role in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. As a key part of our production process, you will operate and set up various machines, ensuring precision and efficiency to meet our high standards of quality and safety. Hours are Monday
  • Thursday, 5:00 a.m.
  • 3:00 p.m. OR 3:00 p.m.
  • 1:00 a.
m. Overtime available on Fridays. Wage is $18.50 per hour on 1st shift and $20.50 per hour on 2nd shift.
What You'll Do:
Operate and set up machinery for different jobs, including special and experimental projects. Load and unload plating racks, change crossbars, and perform minor maintenance tasks. Inspect work in progress, test materials for conformance, and record testing data to support quality assurance. Follow detailed work orders, instructions, and prints, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including the use of hand tools and basic equipment like forklifts when required.
Production/Machine Operators Required Skills:
High school diploma or GED Ability to read, write, and perform basic math Mechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand tools Basic computer literacy Ability to stand, lift up to 30 pounds, and perform manual tasks for extended periods Pre-employment background check Production/Machine Operators Nice to
Have Skills:
