Folder Operator

Freedom, a national Direct Mail Company based in Milton, WI, is one of the largest, independently owned, privately held, direct mail marketing providers in the United States. Why Freedom? Because we are a leader in the direct mail space, investing in technology and resources to facilitate innovative ideas, and we're looking to add Folder Operators to our team on 1st shift. In this position you'll learn to run a machine that folds and finishes mailing pieces.

In this position you will:

Verify job ticket specifications Set-up and operate 4 plate and 6 plate folders Set-up and operate Tecnau and MBO cutters Meet productivity and quality standards Perform basic troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on folders Qualifications & Experience Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Able to read a ruler (standard & metric) Ability to perform basic math skills Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time.
