You will be tasked with running manufacturing equipment to ensure our output consistently satisfies client requirements. By adhering to established protocols and prioritizing both quality and safety, you will play a vital role in our ongoing operational success.
Compensation and Logistics Employment Status:
Direct hire
Hourly Rate:
$22.00 - $27.00 (Commensurate with experience)
Shift Options:
Monday through Friday, either 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM or 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM Core Duties Monitor production tracking boards to ensure daily output targets are achieved Execute printing and manufacturing tasks in strict alignment with order requirements Complete manual finishing processes like sheeting, stack cutting, and laminating Help ensure total customer satisfaction by conducting thorough quality inspections during production Verify that all finished goods adhere to established quality and quantity benchmarks Carry out regular preventive maintenance tasks on your assigned machinery Support a safe facility by managing and disposing of chemicals and inks per safety protocols Adhere to all documented standard operating procedures and established workflows Resolve minor technical issues and report significant equipment malfunctions to management Foster team continuity by providing clear status updates to colleagues on other shifts Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by keeping your station organized Complete additional tasks as requested by leadership Required Qualifications Completion of High School Diploma or GED Proficiency with basic computer systems and math Capability to measure precisely using a ruler down to 1/64 inch Demonstrate strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills Improve overall product excellence through a high level of attention to detail Maintain high standards of reliability and professional work ethic Work effectively both as an individual contributor and as a supportive team member Utilize mechanical aptitude to operate pneumatic and hand tools for equipment maintenance Show a proactive attitude toward learning new skills and cross-training Physical Demands Capacity to lift and transport loads weighing up to 50 pounds Ability to remain standing, walking, and performing repetitive motions for the duration of your shift We invite candidates who are mechanically skilled and dedicated to a long-term manufacturing career to submit an application.
