Job Title:
Machine Operator Aerotek is hiring now for their best clients in the market. Grab this opportunity to work with one of our client for a Machine Operator position with pay range started from $20/HR where you will get the room to grow and make your perfect career Job Description The Machine Operator will set up and run production equipment, monitor quality, and perform packaging and inspection of parts to ensure efficient and accurate output in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Operate assigned production machines safely and efficiently according to established procedures. Monitor machine performance during operation and make basic adjustments to maintain product quality and output. Inspect parts visually and with basic measuring tools to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Package finished parts accurately and securely, following labeling and documentation requirements. Perform general production and labor tasks as needed to support overall manufacturing operations. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Report any equipment issues, defects, or safety concerns promptly to the appropriate personnel. Follow all workplace safety guidelines, standard operating procedures, and quality control processes. Essential Skills At least 1 year of recent experience working in a manufacturing environment. Experience operating production or manufacturing machinery. Ability to perform visual inspection and basic quality checks on parts. Experience with general labor and general production tasks. Ability to handle packaging tasks accurately and efficiently. Strong attention to detail to identify defects and ensure quality. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and standard operating procedures. Reliability and consistency in attendance and performance. Additional Skills & Qualifications Previous experience in a machine operator role. Familiarity with basic safety practices in a manufacturing environment. Ability to work effectively as part of a production team. Willingness to learn new machines and processes. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milwaukee, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.25/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
