Start on 1st shift for ~1 month, then transition 🚀 Why You'll Love This Job Work in a brand-new, climate-controlled facility Clean, well-lit, and safety-focused environment Gain experience in printing and production operations Opportunity to grow into advanced machine roles Supportive team and structured training program 🛠️ What You'll Be Doing As a Machine Operator, you'll play a key role in producing high-quality labels: Operate production and printing machinery to create sticker labels Perform rewind and inspection tasks to ensure product quality Monitor machines and troubleshoot basic mechanical issues Adjust settings and make minor machine corrections to maintain efficiency Package finished products accurately for shipment Follow daily production schedules and meet output goals Maintain a clean and organized work area Work closely with teammates to keep production running smoothly ✅ What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years of machine operator experience in manufacturing Strong understanding of production machinery and workflows Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills Experience in printing, labels, or similar production environments Attention to detail with a strong focus on quality and accuracy Ability to follow instructions and production schedules Flexibility to work shifts after training ⭐ Preferred (Nice to Have) Experience in label printing or packaging production Experience in general labor or manufacturing roles Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proven reliability and attendance 🏭 Work Environment Modern, climate-controlled production facility Clean, safe, and professionally maintained workspace Hands-on role using production and printing equipment Team-oriented environment focused on performance and quality 📢 Ready to Take the Next Step?
