    • Start on 1st shift for ~1 month, then transition

    • What You'll Be Doing
    • As a Machine Operator, you'll play a key role in producing high-quality labels: + Operate
    • production and printing machinery
    • to create sticker labels + Perform
    • rewind and inspection tasks
    • to ensure product quality + Monitor machines and
    • troubleshoot basic mechanical issues
    • + •Adjust settings and make minor machine corrections to maintain efficiency•+ •Package finished products accurately for shipment•+ •Follow daily production schedules and meet output goals•+ •Maintain a•clean and organized work area•+ •Work closely with teammates to keep production running smoothly•✅•What We're Looking For•+ Minimum •2 years of machine operator experience•in manufacturing + Strong understanding of •production machinery and workflows•+ •Basic•mechanical troubleshooting skills•+ •Experience in•printing, labels, or similar production environments•+ •Attention to detail with a strong focus on•quality and accuracy•+ •Ability to follow instructions and production schedules•+ •Flexibility to work shifts after training•⭐•Preferred (Nice to Have)•+ Experience in •label printing or packaging production•+ •Experience in•general labor or manufacturing roles•+ •Strong organizational and multitasking abilities•+ •Proven•reliability and attendance•?

    • This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milwaukee, WI.
    • Pay and Benefits
    • The pay range for this position is $20.00
    • $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may besubject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefitsavailable for this temporary role may include the following:
