Full-time with overtime availability required Opportunity for early hire-on for high-performing candidates Key Responsibilities Set up, troubleshoot, disassemble, and clean equipment across multiple production lines and work centers Support machine operators on the production floor and assist with training as needed Perform initial equipment runs after changeovers to ensure proper operation Coordinate with the maintenance team to maintain efficient production flow Ensure adherence to quality control standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) Maintain a safe and clean work environment Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Previous experience in food manufacturing or processing preferred Proven, consistent work history Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards

Pay:

$25.00 - $28.00 per hour
