7:00am-3:00pm Join a dynamic food manufacturing team as an Operator, where you'll play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and cleanliness in a fast-paced environment. This position offers a valuable opportunity to develop hands-on skills in food production and equipment operation. Operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Operate all plant equipment efficiently and safely to ensure smooth production flow.
• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to protect yourself, colleagues, and company assets.
• Adhere to product quality assurance procedures outlined in the QC manual, safeguarding food safety and product integrity.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas, ensuring all housekeeping standards are met.
• Complete all necessary production records accurately and in a timely manner.
• Assist with equipment troubleshooting and basic mechanical tasks as needed.

Operator Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs frequently.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout a 40-hour shift.
• Mechanical inclination and previous food manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Must have the physical ability to perform all job tasks for a 2-month duration, with potential for extension.
