Full Job Description Process Technician Location:
Monticello, WI Schedule:
Nights•3:30pm•2:00am M-Th, overtime on Fridays as needed
Salary:
$22•$25/hr
Description:
Sedona Staffing is Hiring for a Process Technician who will help improve production processes and keeps equipment running properly by assisting with machine troubleshooting and efficiency improvements. This role helps ensure production runs smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Help improve production processes and reduce downtime Inspect and monitor machines to keep them running efficiently Assist with machine setup, calibration, and troubleshooting Work with maintenance to fix equipment issues Train and support machine operators Help reduce waste and improve production efficiency Create and update machine procedures and documentation Support new product launches and equipment testing Promote workplace safety and recommend safety improvements
Qualifications:
Mechanical aptitude and basic understanding of equipment Good problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and pay attention to detail Comfortable using Microsoft Office programs Willing to participate in improvement projects and hands-on work Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
