• New Berlin, WI Work 4 days… enjoy a 3-day weekend every week. Crossmark Graphics is a growing, family-owned printing company seeking a Digital Wide Format Operator for our 2nd shift team. Schedule (Big Perk): Monday
• Thursday 4:00 PM
• 2:00 AM (10-hour shifts) Fridays OFF
• every week 3-day weekend, every week Overtime available and required based on workload (extra earning opportunity)

What You'll Do:

Operate digital wide format printers (Canon Colorado's, Texas X3 and Zund cutters) Set up, run, and monitor jobs to meet quality and production standards Work from job tickets and digital files Perform routine maintenance to keep equipment running efficiently

What We're Looking For:

Experience in a wide format or production print environment preferred Comfortable working with computers and production equipment Mechanically inclined and detail-oriented Able to lift up to 40 lbs Reliable and able to work independently
