Machine Operator I, 2nd Shift-$3.00/hour Shift Premium

Description A Machine Operator at D&H Industries utilizes robots or other assist devices to produce parts and uses measurement tools to perform quality checks.

SCHEDULE

This is a 2nd Shift position. Monday through Friday, 3:00 p.m. to 1 a.m., 10-hour-shifts. $3.00/hour premium for working 2nd Shift. We will pay for experience. We are open to train a person with the right character and no experience. Give manufacturing a try!

THE WHAT

What will you be doing?

• Use work instructions to produce parts.
• Inspect parts to ensure customer specifications are met.
• Perform basic measurements using quality measurement equipment and documenting results.
• Utilize the robot interface to set up, adjust, and operate the robot system.
• May be assigned to work in other areas of the production floor as needed to meet production deadlines.

Requirements Skills -Basic reading, writing and math skills. Ability to read measurements in metric and traditional scale or the ability to learn how to measure. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Education -HS diploma or equivalent. Physical Demands -Ability to stand up to 10 hours per shift. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
