REQUIRED EDUCATION

•High School Diploma•Associate degree in manufacturing is desirable.

Responsibilities:

Operate various machine shop equipment (mills, lathes, grinders, etc.) Load and unload materials and monitor machine cycles Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions Perform quality checks using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools Deburr and inspect finished parts Maintain production standards and meet daily quotas Follow all safety and quality procedures

Qualifications:

Previous machine shop or manufacturing experience preferred Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools Strong attention to detail and quality Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment Ability to lift up to 40 lbs as needed Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
