The ideal candidate will have experience operating various types of machinery and possess a strong understanding of manufacturing processes. This role is crucial in ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. Responsibilities Operate and monitor machinery, including CNC machines, CNC lathes, stamping presses, bundlers, flexo presses, printing and corrugated paper machines. Perform setup and adjustments on machines to meet production specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and technical documents to ensure accurate machining. Conduct quality control checks using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers. Maintain equipment by performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting issues as they arise. Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to optimize production flow. Handle materials safely and efficiently throughout the manufacturing facility. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Skills Proficient in operating Fanuc systems and programmable logic controllers (PLC). Experience with CNC programming, CAM programming, and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing). Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot machinery effectively. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to production tasks. Previous factory or warehouse experience preferred, particularly in a paper manufacturing setting. Knowledge of printing and corrugated paper processes is a plus. Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
