Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery, ensuring production efficiency, and adhering to safety standards. This role requires a solid understanding of mechanical systems and the ability to work with various tools and technologies.
Hours:
7:30AM
  • 4:00 PM Monday-Friday Responsibilities Operate and monitor machinery, ensuring optimal performance and quality output.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment to minimize downtime. Utilize logic controllers for programming and adjusting machine settings as needed. Measure components using calipers and micrometers to ensure precision in production. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets while adhering to safety protocols. Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with factory standards. Qualifications Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively. Familiarity with Fanuc programming is preferred but not mandatory. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to production tasks. Proficiency in CAD software, particularly SolidWorks, is advantageous. Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work consistently.
