Job Summary We are hiring Machine Operators / Production Operators to join our growing team. This role is responsible for operating machinery, packaging finished goods, and ensuring product quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor large-scale production equipment Set up extrusion lines and produce high-quality products Package and label finished goods Perform quality checks and record production data Follow customer order sheets and packaging specifications Palletize finished products Read and understand special instructions in English Troubleshoot equipment and assist other operators as needed Follow all safety procedures and meet productivity goals Qualifications Ability to work 12-hour shifts and overtime as needed Basic math and computer skills Ability to read and write in English for documentation Must be reliable and committed to scheduled shifts Ability to lift 30+ lbs and perform essential job functions Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus #IND5 Machine Operator 4.7 4.7 out of 5 stars Shawano, WI 54166 $18
