Job Title:

Folder Machine Operator Job Description This position supports the Finishing Department operations by assisting with process improvements, maintaining high standards in safety, quality, and production, and fostering a positive work environment. The role involves determining areas for improvement and providing training and coaching to employees through positive involvement and team building. 2nd or 3rd shift $26.50 - $27.50 Responsibilities Manage and maintain Finishing Department operations. Coordinate process improvements with a positive attitude and high urgency. Support safety, quality, and production standards. Identify areas for improvement and implement training and coaching initiatives. Promote positive employee involvement and team building. Essential Skills Machine operation experience, particularly with folder gluers. Troubleshooting machinery. Ability to perform set-ups and change overs. Blueprint reading and understanding. Experience with printing machines. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with Domino 110 machines. Proficiency with Visionfold 110 and Cartonpack. Knowledge of HHS gluing systems on four gluers. Experience with Heiber Schroeder window machines. Why Work Here?
