We are seeking motivated individuals with strong work ethics, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. Whether in fabrication and welding, paint systems, assembly, or forklift operations, you'll contribute to turning designs into reliable products our customers depend on. Manufacturing Openings are on 2nd Shift & 3rd

Shift Location:

Sheboygan, WI & Kohler, WI Training will be on 1st Shift 6:30am to 2:42pm Specific responsibilities: Operate tools, machinery, or equipment related to fabrication, welding, painting, assembly, or material handling. Read and follow work instructions, diagrams, or blueprints to ensure accuracy and quality. Inspect work for defects and perform quality checks at each stage. Operate hand tools, power tools, or machinery safely and effectively. Safely move, load, and unload materials using forklifts or other equipment (where applicable). Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals. Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Prior experience in manufacturing, welding, painting, assembly, or forklift operation is helpful, but not required

• training is provided. Ability to work with hand and power tools safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Physical ability to lift, move, and handle materials as needed. Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills. The hourly salary for this position is $24.55
