Job Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor production machinery Load materials and unload finished product Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met Make basic machine adjustments as needed Follow work instructions, safety rules, and production goals Keep your work area clean and organized

Shift:

6:00am - 2:30pm 2nd

Shift:

2:00pm - 10:30pm No rotating schedules—pick the shift that works best for you.

Qualifications:

Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required Ability to stand for long periods and lift as needed Strong attention to detail Reliable attendance and good work ethic Willingness to work on the assigned shift Why Work Here? Once hired, employees can earn up to 3 weeks of accrued PTO per year. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Waukesha, WI.
