6:00am-2:30pm, 1:40pm-10:30pm QPS Employment Group is hiring for a Finished Goods role for a company in Watertown, WI. This is an associate to hire opportunity on 1st and 2nd shifts. Finished Goods Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Ensure safety, quality, and sanitation requirements
- Work together as a team and promote innovation and cooperation in order to solve issues that may evolve
- Complete production documentation accurately
- Identify and resolve potential problems
- Accurately perform SAP transactions and processes
- Take ownership for your personal safety and the safety of all members working around you
- Make large combo boxes and help the members of the team with basic tasks within the room
- Blend meat to make sausage
- Lift boxes and stack them into pallets
- Keep the warehouse clean and follow daily/weekly/monthly cleaning schedule
- Operate sit-down forklift to put the full pallets that were received away into rack system
- Operate sit-down forklift to unload and load trucks-after training and certification by client
- Wrap pallets and put on labels
- Occasional forklift operation (no previous experience needed, will train)
- Identify Critical Control Points (CCPs) and maintain all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)

- Ability to work independently/learn quickly
- Must have desire to learn and grow and share information with fellow members
- Willingness to continuously improve performance and job knowledge
