Job Description

Job Overview Join our manufacturing team as an Assembly Worker, part or full time. In this role, you'll be actively involved in assembling components, interpreting drawings and blueprints, and ensuring each product meets specifications. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills while contributing to innovative manufacturing solutions. We welcome both entry level and experienced applicants with compensation based on experience and qualifications. Responsibilities Assemble products accurately by following blueprints and assembly instructions. Use hand tools and large instruments such as staking and riveting machines. Read and interpret drawings, schematics, and blueprints to guide assembly processes. Conduct quality checks throughout the assembly process to verify dimensions and tolerances using precision measuring instruments. Assist with warehouse tasks such as material handling, possibly using forklifts or other equipment to ensure smooth workflow. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols at all times. Experience Prior experience in manufacturing or assembly environments is not required; on-the-job training will be provided. Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematic interpretation, and mechanical assembly processes is advantageous. Knowledge of warehouse operations and forklift operation is beneficial but not mandatory. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to learn new techniques quickly and efficiently. Ability to work independently or as part of a team while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
