What You'll Do As a Machine Operator I, you will help produce quality architectural products by operating manufacturing equipment in a safe and efficient environment. This is a hands-on role with opportunities to learn new equipment and grow your manufacturing career. Responsibilities Set up and operate production machinery and equipment Monitor machine operation and make basic adjustments as needed Read work orders, blueprints, and production instructions Use measuring tools to ensure product quality and accuracy Perform basic machine maintenance such as cleaning and lubrication Identify and report equipment or quality concerns Work safely while supporting team production goals Cross-train in multiple production areas and equipment What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred Ability to read a tape measure accurately Comfortable using hand tools such as wrenches, hammers, and levels Basic computer and data entry skills Ability to read blueprints and follow work instructions Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Dependable team player with a positive attitude Why Join Us?
