Adecco is partnering with a local client in West Bend, Wisconsin to find a dedicated and reliable Laser Operator on 1st shift.
Pay:
- $18 to $26+ (Based on Experience)
- $2/hr shift premium once hired on
- eligible for pay review/increase at when hired on as well as 60 days and 6 months after hire on
- 1st
Shift:
- Mon-Fri 6am-2pm
- OT will be required at times

- Responsibilities
- + Set up and operate Amada and Mitsubishi NC/NCL lasers and Messer plasma systems.
+ Check material thickness, load materials, and de-nest parts while removing laser oxide. + Meet time standards and quality expectations for assigned tasks; troubleshoot minor program errors. + Train others on laser/plasma setup and operation; cross-train across multiple platforms. + Safely operate a forklift for material handling and complete online data collection for work tracking. + Maintain performance logs, report production and quality control issues, and participate in preventative maintenance. + Ensure compliance with corporate and plant safety standards and perform other assigned duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- + Experience in a highly technical environment with a strong background in laser or CNC operations.
+ Familiarity with overhead crane use and ability to operate a forklift. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability in blueprint reading. + Competent in basic dimensional measuring, shop math, and understanding G and M codes. + Strong orientation towards quality, safety, and continuous improvement, with the ability to work efficiently in a team. + Experience with Bystronic/Mitsubishi lasers preferred
