Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Titanium Machine Operator to join our dynamic team on a 2-2-3 day shift schedule. This energetic role involves operating and maintaining advanced manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality titanium components. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about manufacturing excellence, this opportunity is for you! Duties Set up, operate, and monitor titanium manufacturing machines, ensuring optimal performance and safety. Perform quality inspections using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to verify product specifications. Utilize programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to manage machine functions and troubleshoot issues efficiently. Maintain strict adherence to company policies, safety standards, and housekeeping practices Optimize material usage, improve processes, and minimize waste Follow standard operating procedures and ensure team alignment with plant priorities: Safety, Quality, Production, and Waste Reduction Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to maintain efficient operation Skills Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to work a 2-2-3 day shift schedule and overtime as needed Commitment to safety and quality standards
Pay:
$19.00 - $20.00 per hour
