Job Summary:

We are seeking skilled Operators to join our team. The Operator will be responsible for operating various machinery and equipment, ensuring the production process runs smoothly and efficiently. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work with various tools and materials.

Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery and equipment according to established procedures
• Monitor the production process to ensure quality standards are met
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment
• Troubleshoot issues that may arise during production
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency

Qualifications:

• Experience working with hand tools and materials handling
• Ability to assemble, disassemble, and adjust machinery as needed
• Experience with stamping press operations is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets
