is a growing manufacturing company delivering quality production solutions across multiple industries. Overview We are seeking reliable Machine and Production Workers for 1st and 2nd shifts to operate machinery, maintain quality standards, and ensure efficient production flow. Duties Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery per SOPs Perform changeovers, cleaning, and tooling adjustments Inspect products for defects and record production data (output, downtime, scrap) Coordinate with maintenance on machine jams or safety concerns Follow all safety protocols (LOTO, PPE, material handling) Maintain clean work area using 5S/lean principles Communicate during shift handoffs to ensure consistent workflow Assist with material loading and finished goods packaging Experience 1+ years in manufacturing, machine operation, or production (preferred) Ability to read work orders and use basic inspection tools Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for full shift Reliable attendance for 1st shift (e.g., 7am-7pm) or 2nd shift (e.g., 7pm-17AM) High school diploma or equivalent required Join Us Apply today to join a dynamic team where your hands-on skills drive quality and continuous improvement!
