Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Plant Operator/Industrial Dryer Operator to join our Industrial Sand processing team. In this vital role, you will oversee the operation of industrial drying equipment and ensure the efficient processing of materials within our facility. Your expertise will help maintain high-quality production standards, optimize machine performance, and uphold safety protocols. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced machinery and contribute to a dynamic, fast-paced environment committed to excellence. Duties Operate and monitor industrial dryers, ensuring optimal performance and safety during the drying process Perform materials handling tasks including loading, unloading, and moving raw materials or finished products using forklifts or hand tools Maintain accurate records of production data, machine maintenance logs, and quality control reports Collaborate with team members on assembly line tasks, fabrication projects, or packaging operations to meet production deadlines Qualifications Mechanical knowledge of manufacturing processes including machining, welding, fabrication, and tooling setup Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs). Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse handling equipment safely Strong basic math skills for measurements and calculations required in manufacturing tasks Knowledge of quality control procedures and safety protocols within a manufacturing environment Join us in a role that challenges your technical skills while offering opportunities for growth in a thriving manufacturing facility. Pay:
$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
