Job Description

Electronics Assembler•Medical Device | Temp-to-Hire | M-F 6am•2:30pm | up to $23/hr Ultimate Staffing is partnering with an Aliso Viejo-based Medical Device Manufacturer seeking to add an Electronics Assembler to their team for a hands-on, detail-oriented role. This is a great opportunity to join a high-quality production environment with the potential to convert to a long-term permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:
Assemble electronic and mechanical components using written instructions, schematics, and drawings Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of assembly, including accurate labeling, precise counting, and thorough self-inspection to ensure error-free work Perform precise hand assembly using small tools and equipment Follow established production processes, procedures, and quality standards Conduct detailed visual inspections to ensure accuracy, workmanship, and compliance Document completed work and maintain accurate production records Maintain a clean, organized, and ESD-safe work environment Identify and escalate assembly issues, defects, or process concerns Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in medical device assembly or electronic manufacturing Strong manual dexterity and ability to perform detailed, repetitive tasks High attention to detail with the ability to follow written instructions precisely Experience working with small components, tools, and assembly equipment Ability to lift up to 20 lbs Familiarity with GMP, ISO, or regulated environments is a plus If you are a detail-driven assembler looking to grow within the medical device industry, apply today to be considered .
