This role pays $22/hour and works Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM. The position is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with repetitive assembly and packaging work in a medical device environment. Responsibilities Assemble kits and related components according to established work instructions and procedures Perform repetitive production and packaging tasks with accuracy and consistency Inspect kits, components, labels, and packaging materials to ensure quality standards are met Prepare assembled kits for storage, shipment, or further processing Keep workstations clean, organized, and stocked with required materials Follow company quality procedures and applicable safety requirements Notify supervisors of material issues, defects, or production concerns Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, packaging, medical device, or other detail-oriented production work is a plus Able to perform repetitive, hands-on work for extended periods while maintaining attention to detail Comfortable following step-by-step instructions and established processes Reliable, punctual, and able to work a regular Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM schedule Strong organizational skills and consistent work habits Able to work independently on routine tasks and as part of a small team Physical / work requirements Ability to sit or stand for extended periods during the workday Ability to use hands for repetitive assembly and packaging tasks Ability to lift and move light materials and boxes as needed Strong visual attention to detail for inspection and assembly work
Pay:
$20.00 - $24.00 per hour
