Assembler/Production Worker (Medical Device)

Overview We are seeking a dedicated Assembler/Production Worker specializing in medical device manufacturing to join our dynamic team. This role involves assembling, inspecting, and packaging medical devices in a controlled cleanroom environment, ensuring compliance with strict industry standards such as ISO 13485 and FDA regulations. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and familiarity with manufacturing processes to contribute to the production of high-quality medical products that support patient health worldwide. Duties Assemble intricate medical devices using hand tools, calipers, micrometers, and other precision measurement instruments to meet exact specifications. Conduct detailed inspections of components and finished products in accordance with

ISO 13485

quality standards and FDA regulations. Operate manufacturing equipment, including plastics injection molding machines and soldering stations, ensuring proper setup and maintenance. Maintain a cleanroom environment by adhering to strict cleanliness protocols during assembly and packaging processes. Experience Prior experience in manufacturing environments, preferably within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry. Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools, calipers, micrometers, and other measurement devices. Experience working in cleanroom settings with strict adherence to cleanliness protocols. Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions accurately.

Pay:
