About Motus Nova Motus Nova is a growing medtech startup building robotic devices that help people regain hand and walking abilities after a stroke or brain injury.

Our technology is used in clinics, hospitals, and in hundreds of homes across the U.S., and has earned multiple awards for innovation and impact. About the Role We're seeking a Medical Device Technician to join our team. If you enjoy hands-on tasks, have an eye for detail, and like building things step by step, this could be a great opportunity. In this role, you'll assist in assembling our robotic devices, ensuring quality standards are met, and preparing finished products for shipment. No extensive technical experience is required — we're looking for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable following instructions. Training will be provided. What You'll Do Assemble device components using provided instructions or diagrams Perform testing to confirm devices are functioning correctly Inspect and refurbish returned units for reuse Package and label completed products for shipping Maintain a clean and organized workspace Notify the team when materials or components need to be restocked What You'll Need High school diploma or GED Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Comfort with hands-on work, including assembly or similar tasks Ability to follow written instructions and interpret simple diagrams Basic reading and math skills Comfortable standing for extended periods of time High attention to detail Previous experience in assembly or cleanroom environments is a plus, but not required
