This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in medical device manufacturing. No prior manufacturing experience is required—we provide training for motivated individuals who are eager to learn and work in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment. As an Assembler, you will perform hands-on manufacturing activities that support the production of high-quality medical devices. You will work within a regulated manufacturing environment, follow established procedures, maintain accurate documentation, and help ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and according to customer requirements. Responsibilities Assemble components, subassemblies, and finished products according to approved procedures and work instructions Perform in-process inspections to verify quality and accuracy Operate manufacturing equipment including adhesive dispensers, UV curing equipment, hot boxes, and tipping machines Utilize hand tools and measurement devices such as calipers, rulers, tweezers, cutters, and precision assembly tools Prepare workstations and perform line clearance activities to ensure production readiness Complete production records and manufacturing documentation accurately Identify defects, equipment issues, or quality concerns and communicate them to production leadership Support daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning activities within manufacturing areas Maintain material traceability and organization throughout the manufacturing process Follow all quality system requirements, standard operating procedures, and safety guidelines Qualifications/Education High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required Experience Medical device manufacturing experience is a plus Experience in assembly cleanroom is preferred but not required Skills & Abilities Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Ability to work under a microscope for extended periods Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Ability to accurately record production information and inspection results Comfortable using computers for production documentation Ability to use measurement tools such as rulers and calipers Ability to use hand tools including tweezers, pliers, cutters, screwdrivers, and similar assembly tools Ability to operate manufacturing equipment such as glue dispensers, heat guns, ovens, and soldering equipment Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team Positive attitude with strong work ethic and professional demeanor Only qualified candidates will be contacted.
