Job Description

Overview Join our innovative team as a Medical Device Technician and play a vital role in the development, assembly, and quality assurance of cutting-edge medical devices. This dynamic position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment dedicated to improving patient outcomes worldwide. As a key contributor, you will ensure that all products meet strict regulatory standards and quality benchmarks, supporting the delivery of safe and reliable medical solutions. Your expertise will help drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes while maintaining compliance with industry regulations. Responsibilities Assemble complex medical devices using precision hand tools, calipers, micrometers, and other measurement instruments to ensure exact specifications. Conduct detailed inspections of components and finished products in accordance with
ISO 13485
standards and FDA regulations to guarantee quality and safety. Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment including plastics injection molding machines, soldering stations, and cleanroom assembly stations. Perform packaging activities that adhere to CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines, ensuring products are properly sealed, labeled, and prepared for shipment. Assist in the calibration and setup of measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers to uphold accuracy during manufacturing processes. Support compliance by documenting procedures, conducting quality audits, and maintaining detailed records in accordance with regulatory requirements. Participate in process improvements related to plastics molding, assembly techniques, or packaging workflows to enhance efficiency and product quality. Skills Familiarity with
ISO 13485
standards for medical device quality management systems and FDA regulations governing medical device manufacturing. Knowledge of CGMP practices to ensure consistent product quality during assembly and packaging processes. Experience working within cleanroom environments to maintain sterile conditions during device assembly. #

$18.00 - $24.00 per hour
