Responsibilities Assemble medical devices using hand tools, soldering equipment, and plastics injection molding techniques in accordance with detailed work instructions. Operate in a cleanroom environment, maintaining cleanliness standards and adhering to CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines. Conduct inspections of components and finished products for defects or inconsistencies, documenting findings accurately. Package assembled devices securely for shipment while ensuring proper labeling and documentation are completed. Assist with troubleshooting mechanical issues using basic mechanical knowledge and hand tools to support continuous production flow. Qualifications Experience working with calipers, micrometers, hand tools, and soldering equipment in a manufacturing or assembly setting. Basic understanding of plastics injection molding processes is a plus. Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Prior experience in medical device manufacturing or related fields is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
