Location:
Maple Plain, MN Pay:
$20 to $24 per hour, based on experience
Schedule:
7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday-Friday What You'll Do As a Medical Device Assembler , you will be a key contributor in the manufacturing process, helping ensure every product meets the highest standards of quality and safety. In this role, you will: Assemble orthopedic implants and instruments according to detailed instructions and specifications Perform inspections and quality checks to confirm each product meets required standards Keep your workspace clean, organized, and aligned with safety expectations Work closely with team members and other departments to resolve production challenges Follow all company policies and regulatory requirements with a focus on patient safety Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance processes and product quality Meet daily production goals while maintaining accuracy and consistency What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent, with technical or vocational training preferred Experience in manufacturing or assembly, ideally within medical devices Strong dexterity and comfort working with small tools and components A sharp eye for detail and ability to follow precise instructions Understanding of basic quality control practices Team oriented mindset with strong communication skills A high level of professionalism and personal accountability Additional Requirements Ability to lift up to 20 pounds Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment and wear cleanroom attire What happens next Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
