Small Part Assemblers 1st and 2nd Shift | $21-$24/hour What You'll Do As an Assembler, you'll play a critical role in producing precision fiber assemblies. Your work will require focus, accuracy, and steady hands. Measure, cut, and position fiber cables into clips Follow blueprints and detailed instructions to assemble components Carefully thread color-coded wires into connectors in the correct sequence Apply epoxy coatings to protect and strengthen connections Use microscopes and small hand tools for precision work Perform polishing, curing, and final connection testing What You Bring We're looking for candidates who take pride in their work and thrive in a detail-focused environment. 6 months to 1+ year of manufacturing, small parts, or medical assembly experience Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Ability to clearly distinguish colors (critical for wire placement) Comfortable working with microscopes or willing to learn Good communication skills (written and verbal) Why Join Us? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.76/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
