Medical Device Assembler $21-$23/hour | All Shifts Available Overview We are hiring detail-oriented Medical Device Assemblers to join a growing team in a cleanroom manufacturing environment. In this role, you will assemble precision surgical instruments while following strict quality and documentation standards. Key Responsibilities Assemble medical devices across multiple product lines while meeting production targets Follow detailed work instructions and strict quality procedures Accurately complete production documentation and maintain records Work closely with Leads and Supervisors to meet daily priorities and schedules Adapt to updated procedures and new product lines as needed Cross-train across different assembly processes Support training efforts for team members when needed Identify and communicate material shortages proactively Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all safety, quality, and cleanroom protocols Contribute to continuous improvement efforts, including Lean initiatives Required Qualifications 1-2 years of medical device assembly or ISO-regulated assembly experience Ability to follow detailed verbal and written instructions Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy Strong hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills for small-part assembly Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment with strict procedures Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent OR 2-3 years of relevant assembly experience in place of a diploma Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and documentation standards Experience working with microscopes, testing equipment, or soldering tools Basic computer skills (MS Windows and production systems) Why This Role Competitive hourly pay with multiple shifts available 2 weeks PTO + 6 paid holidays Clean, organized, and safety-focused environment Opportunity to build specialized skills in a regulated manufacturing setting Cross-training and advancement opportunities within the organization Work Environment Full cleanroom setting requiring gowning, hair nets, and protective gear Strict hygiene protocols (handwashing required before entry; no makeup permitted) Highly structured environment focused on precision and quality Repetitive, detailed assembly work requiring focus and consistency Summary If you are a detail-driven assembler looking for stable work, consistent hours, and a clean, professional environment, this is a strong opportunity to grow your skills in the medical device industry. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.80 - $22.88/hr.
