This role supports the production of high-quality medical devices and capital equipment in an ESD manufacturing environment. This is not a clean room role. The Medical Device Assembly Technician will perform routine assembly, repair, packaging, documentation, and testing activities while following standardized manufacturing procedures. This is a strong opportunity for candidates with manufacturing, assembly, electronics, medical device, or regulated production experience who want to build their skills in a structured, quality-focused environment. This position offers a steady weekday schedule, close training and supervision, and the opportunity to work with a collaborative manufacturing team that values safety, accuracy, continuous improvement, and dependable performance. Key Responsibilities Assemble, package, repair, and test medical devices and capital equipment according to written procedures and standardized work instructions. Maintain accurate production records, traveler documentation, traceability records, and quality documentation. Follow safety guidelines, ESD requirements, quality procedures, and regulatory requirements in a manufacturing environment. Communicate production issues, ideas, and solutions clearly with manufacturing team members and management. Support continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing, quality initiatives, and cell performance goals. Handle and maneuver small components and parts while maintaining attention to detail and product quality.
Compensation and Benefits Pay:
$20 per hour.

Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.

Saint Paul, MN 55117.
Work environment:
ESD manufacturing environment, not a clean room.
Commitment required:
40 hours per week with no absences in the first 30 days.
