Medical Assembler

Medical Assembler White Bear Lake, MN 1st and 2nd shift openings 6am to 2:30am, Monday-Friday or 4am to 2:30pm, Monday-Thursday 2:30pm to 11:00pm, Monday-Friday or 2:30pm to 1:00am, Monday-Thursday Responsibilities Assemble and inspect precision medical components used in stents and catheters within a cleanroom environment Operate coil‑winding machines and perform fine wire assembly Use microscopes for detailed inspection and manipulation of small components (60%-90% of shift in some areas) Inspect, deburr, and finish molded parts using hand tools such as pliers, knives, and files Assemble components in CEA assembly areas using small hand tools and microscopes Perform laser welding and finishing of small medical components Operate automated presses and stamping machines for implantable housings Ensure all components meet quality and cleanliness standards Follow detailed written work instructions and production documentation Skills & Qualifications 3-6+ months experience in medical manufacturing or small‑part assembly Extensive experience working under microscopes Strong hand dexterity and fine motor skills Experience working in cleanroom environments Familiarity with coil winding machines, presses, stamping equipment, and laser welding Ability to deburr, file, and finish delicate medical components Mechanical aptitude and willingness to cross‑train across departments Additional Qualifications Adaptable and quick to learn multiple assembly processes Microscope Experience Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of White Bear Lake, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.53/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
