This role is essential for the final assembly, inspection, and re-work of high-quality products, ensuring all items meet strict safety and quality standards. Shift patterns Monday to Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM PST Pay rates 18.00 USD hourly Must-have requirements for Technician 1 High school diploma or above; vocational training or associate degree preferred Previous work experience in manufacturing Ability to read and follow safety protocols and quality standards Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills Desirable requirements for Technician 1 Microscope skills Cleanroom experience Production line experience Experience in medical device manufacturing or precision assembly Role for Technician 1 Perform final assembly of products according to specifications Conduct thorough inspections to ensure quality standards are met Execute re-work tasks as required to maintain production flow Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure operational efficiency Adhere to all company policies and assist other personnel as needed Benefits for Technician 1 Professional development and training opportunities Stable work environment in a growing industry Collaborative and team-oriented company culture Commitment to a safe and organized workplace
