26 per hour Position Summary The Manufacturing Worker is responsible for supporting production operations by operating basic assembly equipment, performing repetitive manufacturing tasks, and ensuring consistent product quality. This role focuses on maintaining smooth workflow, identifying minor equipment issues, and following standard procedures to produce high-quality medical devices in a safe and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions accurately Operate basic manufacturing equipment, tools, jigs, and fixtures Start, monitor, and stop machines as required during production Assist in work order setup using electronic batch records and inventory systems Monitor machine performance and report or address minor faults Perform basic troubleshooting and restart equipment when necessary Inspect and test products to ensure they meet quality standards Accurately complete production records and documentation Weigh, count, package, and label finished goods Support production targets by maintaining consistent output and quality Adapt to operating multiple machines or tasks as required Equipment & Process Scope Work with simple assembly machines involving press and torque operations Machines typically have fewer than 10 stations Processes require low to moderate operator attention Minimal adjustments or alignments may be required Skills & Qualifications Basic computer knowledge (MS Outlook, Excel, Word preferred) Ability to read and understand written instructions and procedures Good attention to detail and quality awareness Ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently Basic problem-solving skills for minor equipment issues Flexibility to work across multiple tasks or stations Education & Experience High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required Prior manufacturing or production experience preferred but not mandatory Minimum Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age
